Positive: Great new bathrooms and master bedroom, but the kitchen is terrible in this place!!
Negative: Kitchen is extremely small and difficult to work with. I have suggested certain things to the owner, which is like talking to the wall.

Positive: TVs were an issue- required sign on info I was not provided- sent screenshots to phone number I had but received no response!!
Other than that , the place was excellent in every way, very nice, clean, quiet and enjoyable!!
Will definitely be staying there again, hopefully with a better TV experience!!
